Maple Fingerstyle Jumbo Completed in October 2010

| "Hey Jett, just want to send your way my appreciation to you for handcrafting me
the best guitar I've ever owned. Not only is she jaw-dropping beautiful, but I
never imagined a luthier could make by hand an instrument with the kind of
top-drawer tonal characteristics for what little you charge. But most
importantly,Jett, you made me feel like a collaborator and friend from the first
time we started bouncing around ideas for a guitar. I can't put a price on
that." Comment from the owner, Alan, in Los Angeles |

Here is a parlor guitar built for I Mei, a member of our family who
requested a small guitar. This guitar is based on the Martin size
1 parlor guitars of the early 1900's.
This back and sides are koa, the top is western red cedar and the binding and trim is purpleheart.
The
guitar is built to use nylon ( classical ) strings.
But the bracing will also support light gauge steel strings.
By changing the nut and bridge, this guitar can easily be
converted to steel strings.
Started on July 3, 2009 completed on September 3, 2009
